Shipping Policy
Production Time
All orders at Printyco are custom-produced. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. Rush production may be available — see the Rush Orders section below. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Dispatch Time
Once production is complete, orders are dispatched the same or next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Transit times are estimates from the date of dispatch and do not include production time. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. Rates are provided by the following carriers:
- USPS — First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International
- DHL Express — DHL Express Worldwide
- UPS — UPS Next Day Air, UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, UPS Standard
- FedEx — FedEx 2Day, FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery
Select the service that best suits your timeline and budget at checkout. International transit times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates only.
Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are assessed by your local customs authority. Printyco has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Note: International orders for print products may be subject to longer transit times due to customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us using the details in the Contact section below.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available for select products and quantities. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and timing. Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. We cannot guarantee rush production requests made after an order is submitted.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can accommodate address changes only before production begins. Once your order has entered production or been dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments. Printyco is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Shipping carrier delays are outside our control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
