For the best print quality:
Every file is reviewed before printing to make sure it meets our quality standards. We make requested enhancements or adjustments when needed.
Every gang sheet is 22 inches wide. Length runs from 12 inches up to 240 inches.
You will need: the DTF transfer, a heat press or home iron, your garment, and a Teflon sheet or parchment paper.
1. Heat. Heat press: 290 to 300°F. Home iron: cotton or the highest heat setting.
2. Position. Lay the garment flat. If you are using a gang sheet, cut the designs apart first. Place the transfer printed side down where you want the design.
3. Press. Cover with Teflon or parchment paper. Heat press: 15 to 20 seconds. Home iron: press firmly for about 2 minutes.
4. Peel. Let it cool briefly, then peel from one corner while still warm.
5. Finish. Check the design has fully adhered. Press again for a few seconds if needed. Let the garment cool completely before wearing or washing.
Misprint or quality issue? Contact us and we will send a free replacement. Our transfers are built to last 50+ washes without fading or peeling.
For Printyco DTF transfers, prepare a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the final print size. Confirm the size of every design before uploading or arranging a gang sheet.
Check transparency, spelling and fine detail in the original artwork. Follow the supplied pressing and garment-care instructions, and test your garment and heat-press setup before running a full batch. Order gang sheets for multiple designs or transfers by size for individual artwork.
